Oregon LNG, an affiliated company, plans to construct and operate a liquefied natural gas peak-shaving and liquefaction facility located on the Skipanon Peninsula in Warrenton, Oregon. The facility will convert natural gas to LNG before it is stored in the facility's tanks for later export and/or use for peak shaving purposes in the region.
The terminal will include a marine receiving and storage terminal, where liquefied natural gas will be loaded onto ships, which will transport the LNG to customers in Asia - a safe, secure process that has been used for many decades.
